A Palm Beach County dentist, 63‑year‑old Sergey Korol, was arrested on June 21 after deputies said he held a woman captive during a violent, hours‑long domestic incident. According to the sheriff’s office, the confrontation began the morning of June 20 after drinking and an argument, escalating into accusations, threats, and physical violence. The victim told investigators that Korol tased her repeatedly, struck and choked her, and restrained her with rope and straps on both a chair and a bed.
