Seattle police are investigating a deadly shooting in the city’s Pioneer Square neighborhood. Officers on patrol discovered the scene just before 1:30 a.m. Three people in their 20s—two men and one woman—were pronounced dead at the scene. A fourth victim, a man, was transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition and was undergoing surgery.
Authorities are still working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident, including whether it began inside a nearby building. No suspect information has been released, and the type of weapon used remains unclear. Detective Brian Pritchard noted that this incident broke a 42-day stretch without a homicide in the city. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
